Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient care plans and performance; provides feedback.
• Coordinates care with physicians and teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintains compliance with safety, infection control, and policies.
• Leads unit huddles, rounds, and quality improvement efforts.
• Ensures adequate supplies and staffing; manages resources.
• Responds to emergencies and provides leadership as needed.
