Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• BSN required.
• Two years of Behavioral Health or related acute care experience.
• First line management experience preferred.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR for Health Care Providers and SECURE De-escalation certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs nursing staff to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Assists in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversees staff orientation and precepting for new hires.
