Job summary

Two years of Behavioral Health or related acute care experience and BSN preferred, with Indiana RN licensure and required certifications (BLS/CPR, SECURE). Schedule: 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license (BSN preferred).
• Two years of Behavioral Health nursing or related acute care experience.
• First-line management experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR for Health Care Providers and SECURE De-escalation certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the unit in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitors performance improvement to enhance patient outcomes and organizational performance.
• Manages staffing to meet budgeted hours and patient acuity.
• Provides staff development, orientation, and precepting for new hires and students.
• Ensures open communication and continuity of care across shifts and disciplines.
• Oversees patient care plans, documentation, and adherence to standards of care.
