Mercy in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse who will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in line with professional standards while leading a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants and requires at least 1 year of RN experience, with a strong focus on leadership, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
• Provide patient and family education to support positive outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Lead daily operations by coordinating staffing, assignments, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
