Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure charting/compliance.
• Physical ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking.

Responsabilités

• Direct nursing service activities in the department.
• Delegate responsibilities to auxiliary and staff nurses.
• Supervise preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records.
• Assist with bed assignments and problem resolution as they arise.
