Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent licensing.
• Minimum of one year of registered nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, directs and monitors nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Develops patient care assignments and ensures appropriate care delivery.
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Evaluates patient care effectiveness and addresses issues impacting outcomes.
• Responds to complaints and manages through established channels.
• May provide input for hiring, training and staffing evaluations.
• Maintains alertness and safe practice at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
