SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles is seeking a capable RN leader to oversee unit staffing and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care on day shifts.

You will coordinate nursing and support staff, assign patient care, and drive performance improvements in a dynamic ambulatory surgery environment. The role requires at least one year of RN experience and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and in good standing.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates unit staffing and es energizes performance evaluations.
• Assess daily patient care needs and assign patient care accordingly.
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Monitors and evaluates patient care effectiveness and addresses issues impacting outcomes.
