Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a day shift, full-time Labor & Delivery Charge Registered Nurse. You will oversee patient care in the L&D unit, manage patient flow, and collaborate with unit managers to enforce policies.

Qualifications include ADN or Diploma in Nursing, CPR, NM license. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance may be available. Join a team focused on patient safety and excellent care.

Qualificações

• Minimum: Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing.
• One (1) year of Charge Nurse experience in hospital setting OR more than one year of clinical or management experience.
• CPR.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Certification in clinical specialty; National Certification in specialty care.

Responsabilidades

• The Charge RN is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, including the nursing management of the patient and staff of assigned area in his/her charge.
• Manages efficient patient flow, appropriate use of supplies and other operational functions.
• Collaborates with the unit managers and/or directors in developing and revising unit policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Serves as departmental liaison and first line of contact with patients, providers and staff.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
