Job summary

TriHealth's 4100 Telemetry Unit at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks a Charge Nurse to coordinate patient care on a shift, supervise nursing staff, and ensure delivery of evidence-based care in a high-acuity, cardiology-focused unit.

This on-site, full-time day shift role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, BSN within five years, and BLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS may be required; ECG and advanced certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN within 5 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on a shift with assigned nursing personnel.
• Serve as a clinical resource and uphold standards of care and procedures.
• Develop work assignments and schedules to meet patient needs.
• Mentor staff and promote ongoing education and best practices.
• Facilitate patient movement and ensure safe, high-quality care.
