Highlandspring of Ft. Thomas is hiring a Charge Nurse to assist the Nursing supervisor for weekend shifts, overseeing total patient care and unit management. The role requires supervision of STNAs, adherence to policies, and effective communication with staff and medical teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid nursing license in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care or elderly patient care preferred.
• Ability to supervise STNA staff and coordinate care.
• Willingness to perform non-professional duties and follow policies.
• Must meet continuing education hours required by licensure.
