Coldspring of Campbell County in Cold Spring, KY is seeking a Charge Nurse to assist the Nursing supervisor in delivering total patient care within the unit and managing the staff. RN pay ranges from $35 to $42 per hour, with additional evening and weekend shift differentials offered.

Responsibilities include administrative duties, supervising STNAs, medication administration, and ensuring adherence to unit policies. A valid nursing license and the ability to work across shifts are required.

Formación

• Valid Nursing license in the state where the facility is located.
• Continuing education hours per licensure period must be met.
• Good physical and mental health.
• Desire to work with elderly patients.
• Willingness to perform non‑professional duties.
• Ability to take/direction in emergencies.
• Patient advocacy is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out administrative and patient care duties during the shift.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for STNA care.
• Adhere to and interpret department policies for staff, medical team, patients, and the public.
• Be willing to work on the unit as designated by leadership.
• Review 24‑hour reports and perform rounds supervising patient care.
