Villaspring of Erlanger is seeking a Charge Nurse to support the Nursing supervisor for weekend shifts, overseeing total patient care and unit management. The role includes supervising STNA staff, administering medications per physician orders, and ensuring policy adherence.

Strong preference for a Kentucky-licensed LPN or RN with a patient-centered approach and readiness to perform non-professional duties as needed; weekend/evening shift differentials are offered.

Formación

• Valid nursing license in Kentucky.
• Experience supervising STNA staff.
• Willing to perform non-professional duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Nursing supervisor for weekend shifts in total patient care and unit management.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for actions and care delivered by STNA staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, including IV.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and shift handoffs with documentation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment care on the unit.
