Qualifications

• Must be licensed as RN or LVN and in good standing.
• Demonstrates strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Possesses excellent communication and workflow organization abilities.
• Responds efficiently to emergencies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: Guiding Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications: Administer meds safely as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute care plans per policies and orders.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver required treatments for resident health.
• Transcribe Orders: Accurately transcribe physician orders promptly.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain charts and nursing assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Ensure care continuity across shifts.
• Educate Support Staff: Train staff on nursing policies and needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce infection control and safety procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: Arrange replacements during shortages.
