Job summary

Glenwood Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team and ensure top-quality resident care. The role emphasizes safety, wellness, and staff accountability in a Skilled Nursing facility in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Manage the nursing care for all residents.

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
