Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking an OR Charge Nurse (RN) to lead the clinical unit in the operating room, coordinating staffing, patient care, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinating scheduling and staff orientation, and acting as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure service excellence and safe patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state with CPR, ACLS, and department-specific certifications.
• Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience; neonatal or specialty experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills for high-stress situations and change management.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN and management experience preferred.
• Specialized certifications in bariatrics, wound care, or neonatal care are advantageous.
