Job summary

Responsibilities include holistic patient assessment, care plan development with the interdisciplinary team, delegation and supervision of nursing care, and ongoing professional development for staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in clinical nursing and mentoring.
• BSN required; if hired without one, completion within four years.
• Strong assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
