Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an experienced Orthopedics Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee daily operations of the orthopedic department in California. You will lead staffing, coordinate patient care, and ensure policy adherence while supporting quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include staff orientation, performance evaluations, and collaboration with physicians and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with leadership.
• Current BLS certification and excellent communication abilities.
• Management experience and OCN certification preferred.
