Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards and procedures.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
• Complete and update resident assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to families, physicians, and leadership.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure resident needs are met.
• Report incidents and concerns with proper documentation and follow-up.
