Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team at Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, TX. You will oversee direct patient care, assess and implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role requires an RN or LPN license, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care principles.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles.
• Proficiency in case management and medical office procedures.
• Experience with vital signs monitoring, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, and administering injections.
• Familiarity with tube feeding, gastric lavage, and coding practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
