Job summary

The role requires RN or LPN licensure, leadership experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate care, manage priorities, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• Experience as Charge Nurse or in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles.
• Proficiency in case management and medical office procedures.
• Experience with vital signs monitoring, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, and injections.
• Familiarity with tube feeding, gastric lavage, and coding practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
