Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our full-time team in a high-quality care setting. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of your licensure, observe and report changes, document in EMR, and administer medications as prescribed.

The schedule includes 6A-2P and 2P-10P with a 4 on/2 off rotation, plus 10P-6A with double weekends. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health plans, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.

Responsabilidades

• As an LVN/LPN, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
