Zusammenfassung

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team in Denison, TX. You will oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, document assessments in EMR, and ensure payment of medications and treatments as prescribed.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and a valid LVN/LPN license. Shift includes double weekends (Sat and Sun) 6am–10pm, with opportunities for growth and benefits such as 401k, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License

Shift requirements: Double Weekends Saturday and Sunday from 6am-10Pm.
