Cantex in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Full-time RN/LVN Charge Nurse to lead a clinical team and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope. You will monitor patient conditions, document changes in the EMR, and ensure care plans are implemented accurately.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Current LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience as a charge nurse or supervisor is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and participate in patient care within LVN/LPN scope.
• Observe, assess, and report patient condition changes per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR notes for assessments and changes.
• Implement care plans and administer medications as prescribed.

Responsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
