Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) in Gainesville, TX for full-time days. You will oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, assess and document patient conditions, and ensure accurate EMR entries. Support will include supervising CNA staff to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in Texas (TX).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Document EMR entries in accordance with policies and procedures.
