The Villa At Mountain View in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to join our care team. You will provide nursing care within your licensed scope, observe patients, document changes, administer medications, and support a CNA staff to ensure quality care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Texas LVN/LPN license and strong clinical assessment skills. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license in Texas.
• Experience supervising CNAs preferred.
• Proficiency with clinical policies and procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient care within LVN/LPN scope.
• Observe and report patient condition changes.
• Document in EMR per policies and regulations.
