The Harrison at Heritage in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full-time LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join a dedicated care team. This role oversees patient care, administers medications, and guides CNA staff to deliver compassionate, compliant nursing services.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Texas LVN/LPN license, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication to ensure optimal patient well-being and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid LVN/LPN license (Texas).
• Solid patient assessment and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient care within LVN/LPN scope.
• Observe and report patient conditions and changes.
• Document in EMR per policies and regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise CNA staff and assign duties to ensure quality care.
