Trilogy Healthcare of Battle Creek LLC seeks a Charge Nurse – RN/LPN to lead the nursing team on the assigned unit and support the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, assess residents, and ensure care plans are implemented 24/7.

The role requires a current RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills. Nights and weekends are required, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and resident safety.

Competenze

• Must possess a current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of professional nursing experience in long-term care is desirable.

Mansioni

• Assess residents and develop care plans; document in EMR.
• Provide nursing care, administer medications, and perform treatments.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and room transfers.
• Participate in regulatory surveys and quality improvement activities.
