Fundamental is seeking a Charge Nurse in a long-term care setting. The role combines supervision with direct patient care, demanding leadership, teamwork, and clinical excellence to support a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualified candidates hold a current LPN license, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, BLS certification, and IV certification where required. A stable work history and reliable transportation are essential to join our healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license in good standing (as required by state).
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Must have stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships required.
• Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
• Must have BLS accredited from American Heart Association (AHA).
• Must have IV certification - if outside of NV, IV Course Curriculum is required upon hire.
• Reliable transportation required.

Working as a Charge Nurse in long term care is an opportunity unique from all other health care facilities. Not only are supervisory and leadership experience essential, but Charge Nurses in long term acute care must also possess compassion, patience, and understanding to truly be successful. Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $30.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
