Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Strong clinical leadership skills and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services during assigned shifts and provide clinical supervision.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Complete resident assessments and care plans; update clinical documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to families, physicians, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures.
