Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to provide frontline clinical leadership in our skilled nursing community in Centralia, MO. You will oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise teams, and ensure residents receive compassionate, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership and judgment.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs; provide coaching as needed.
• Complete and update resident assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to families and leadership.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met and safety is maintained.
• Document incidents and ensure appropriate reporting and follow-up.
