Job summary

The RN will perform standard staff nurse duties and step in as charge nurse when assigned, maintaining accountability for all assigned patients and collaborating with the health care team.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an Associate's Degree and a BSN to be completed within three years of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate's Degree minimum; BSN required within 3 years.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Perform staff nurse duties and serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
