The Charge Nurse will oversee licensed nurses and personnel, ensuring effective delivery of care, coordination across shifts, and adherence to standards. Strong English communication and ACLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license and maintain renewal per State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in LTAC/acute care; critical care preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking; strong verbal/written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• ACLS certification required.
