Job summary

Tenet is seeking a Charge RN for a full-time Day shift in Goodyear, AZ. The role requires coordinating unit activities, scheduling, and serving as liaison with pre-hospital providers, staff, and administration. You will develop and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements and mentor staff.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree with AZ RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS as applicable by facility. Preferences include a BSN and two years of relevant experience, with additional certifications

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arizona.
• CPR certification; ACLS per facility requirements (ER/ICU/Endoscopy/etc).
• PALS/ENPC or similar within set timelines where applicable.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring training or equivalent within six months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions of a clinic unit and schedule unit RNs.
• Serve as liaison to internal/external customers (pre-hospital, staff, administration).
• Develop and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Deliver and document nursing care per standards and age-specific needs.
