Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN or RN to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure high-quality resident care. You will coordinate with CNAs, physicians, and care teams to implement plans and monitor outcomes.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license in Ohio, with preferred supervisory experience and EMR proficiency. Expect to work with a dedicated team in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an LPN or RN.
• One year of clinical experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or related health care setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Supervises CNAs and attends interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
• Participates in development and monitoring of care plans and quality assurance.
