Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. The role collaborates with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation).
Collaborate with residents, families and a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Coordinate care, resident assessment and education; delegates tasks as charge nurse when needed.
