Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks an Acute Care Charge Nurse (RN) to provide leadership and direct patient care within an acute care setting. The role focuses on coordinating care from hospitalization to discharge, developing complex care plans, and leading quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications
