Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to promote positive outcomes and advocate for patients.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree preferred (ADN or BSN).
• Active BLS certification and RN license valid in practice state.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and strong communication.
