Qualifications

• Must have ADN or higher and RN/LPN licensure in Iowa.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents and colleagues.
• Willingness to meet pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as charge nurse and provide guidance to staff.
• Plan and coordinate nursing activities per Iowa regulations and treatment plans.
• Provide general nursing care and support high-quality residential services.
• Transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and provide prescribed treatments.
• Monitor residents' responses, report changes, and maintain clinical documentation.
• Participate in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Educate residents about their care and needs.
• Support residents in daily living, social, and community integration skills.
• Promote residents' well-being, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a safe environment and collaborate with the care team.
