Responsibilities:

• Lead by example: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
• Assess and plan: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure ongoing updates and revisions as needed.
• Manage daily operations: Coordinate daily nursing activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to optimize patient care and staff efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate records: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality care standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; experience as an LPN/LVN or RN may also be considered.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role, preferably in a rehabilitation or post-acute care setting.
