Vintage Wellness & Rehabilitation in Denton, TX seeks a dedicated Charge Nurse (6A-6P) to lead the medical-surgical unit. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality bedside care.

The role requires an active LVN/LPN or RN license in Texas, with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Current LVN/RN license in the state of Texas
• 1+ years of experience as an LVN/RN, with a focus on medical-surgical nursing
