Responsibilities

• Lead by example: supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Assess and plan: conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans with updates as needed
• Manage daily operations: coordinate nursing activities, prioritize tasks, allocate resources for optimal care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team: work with physicians, therapists and others to develop comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate records: document patient information, treatment plans and outcomes to meet regulatory standards
