You will supervise direct care, administer medications, implement care plans, document care, and collaborate during shift reports while promoting safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and emergency responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: Lead Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications: Safely administer prescribed medications.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver required resident treatments.
• Transcribe Orders: Accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely, accurate nursing documentation.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Ensure seamless communication during handoffs.
• Educate Support Staff: Train staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: Coordinate replacement staff as needed.
