Qualifications

Responsibilities

• EMR documentation related to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, per nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
