Riverccc is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead quality care and support resident well-being in a dynamic facility. This role emphasizes trust, consistency in attendance, and multitasking to ensure excellent daily care.

You will supervise care teams, administer medications, implement care plans, document care, and collaborate on shift reports while maintaining safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing is required.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and workflow organization.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement care plans in line with policies and orders.
• Perform treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care in charts and complete nursing assessments.

We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! This role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.

• Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.

• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.

• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.

• Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.

• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.

• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.

• Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.

• Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.

• Address Staffing Needs: Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
