Job summary

HumanGood in Duarte, CA is seeking a Part-time nurse care supervisor to actively support residents under supervision and implement personalized care plans in the assigned area.

You will supervise nursing staff during the 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift, help residents maximize rehabilitation and independence, and participate in delivering quality care while benefiting from a comprehensive rewards package. We offer competitive pay ($32–$38/hour) and benefits.

Under general supervision, actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their rehabilitation, independence and participation. Supervises nursing team and provides care and assistance of residents in the assigned care area; effectively plans and implements nursing services to provide quality care.

Shift: Part-time 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ( rotating 2 days on, 4 days off)

Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00 based on experience
