Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide direct patient care and nursing leadership in a long-term care setting. You will oversee care delivery, coordinate plans, administer medications, and document care in the EMR while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active LVN/LPN license, at least one year of supervisory experience, and strong English communication. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires, with additional benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Requires LVN/LPN license in the applicable state.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report patient conditions in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain EMR documentation related to patient assessments and care activities.
• Coordinate with RNs and Nurse Managers on changes in patient condition and needs.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders using approved methods and procedures.
• Implement care plans and administer medications as prescribed.
