Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking an LPN or RN to supervise and provide skilled nursing care in a PRN capacity for the 7a-7p shift in our skilled unit in Columbus, OH.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will observe, document, and report on residents' conditions, coordinate care plans, manage medication administration, and ensure compliance with policies, safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing care in accordance with policies.
• Observe, document, and report resident conditions; make nursing judgments.
• Coordinate care plans and medication administration; maintain MARs.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure performance standards are met.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
