Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise and deliver nursing care, monitor residents, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN or RN license (as applicable).
• English language proficiency and good communication skills.
• Experience in nursing care, preferably in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide nursing care in accordance with policies.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes.
• Document accurately and maintain confidentiality.
