Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; RN or LPN licensure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills essential.
• Current Nurse License and ability to work in Columbus, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, provide and direct nursing care per facility policies.
• Observe, report and document resident conditions with nursing judgment.
• Develop and implement care plans; pass medications and treatments.
• Assign nursing assistants; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families and staff.
