Caring Place Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse for Lodge Nursing & Rehab in Ohio. This full-time role requires administering medications, supervising staff, and delivering resident-focused care on the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, healthcare team members, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care. Accurately document care and resident status in the medical record.
• Supervise nurse aides and medication aides, ensuring procedures and resident rights are upheld.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, calm, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in in-service programs, educational opportunities, and team meetings.
